Apologies for the lack of action recently – BT have ballsed up my broadband connection and I'm currently without internet access (nine days and counting). Needless to say, with a mammoth email backlog from my travels last month, and the small matter of a four-month, 1,800-mile expedition in Antarctica to organise, it's not particularly good timing. Just to keep my blood pressure simmering, BT have treated me to an inept display of some of the worst customer service imaginable, although after a week of ranting and raving, I've managed to get a real person on the case, so there may be light (and indeed ADSL) at the end of the tunnel…
In the meantime, some light entertainment, in the form of my very own Shaky Hand Man encounter.
